The location near the train station, restaurants, and shops was great. Well-connected to a shopping centre and easy access to the Yamanote line. Convenient for travellers with luggage, and no extra money spent on transport. Easy access to Shinagawa station.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms at this hotel, allowing ample room for luggage and movement. The soundproofing efforts were commendable, as the rooms were quiet and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the convenient location near the train station made it easy to get around, with various places of interest within walking distance.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing in terms of variety and quality.

Convenient location near railway station and shops with covered access. Modern, clean room and updated bathroom. Polite and helpful staff, especially the concierge. Supermarket open until 11:00 pm and 24-hour convenience store nearby. Good selection of restaurants in shopping malls within walking distance.

The hotel is located in a convenient area near a supermarket and close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly and attentive, offering exceptional service throughout our stay. the hotel offers free WIFI and is connected to a shopping complex with various dining options.
That the reception staff could have been more knowledgeable about popular tourist itineraries and could have provided more options for tea and coffee in the rooms.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, with the railway station right next door. It made exploring the city easy. The hotel is also surrounded by various shops and restaurants, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were polite and helpful.
